Meetings

The Regional District Board of Directors meet monthly with the exception of August and January, usually on the second Thursday of the month, commencing at approximately 8:30am.

Agendas

The CCRD Meeting Procedure Bylaw regulates the proceedings of the board particularly with respect to meeting procedures.  All meetings are open to attendance by the public with the exception of in camera meetings which generally deal with property transactions, personnel and legal matters as outlined in the Procedure Bylaw and the Local Government Act.

Agendas are prepared by staff and distributed to the board one week prior to each board meeting.  People wishing to have a matter addressed by the board must submit a letter (at least one week prior to the meeting) outlining the concerns or the topic to be addressed to:

Current and previous agendas can be viewed here  

Minutes

Current and previous meeting minutes can be viewed here.  They are generally available approximately one week after the meeting is held.  People wishing to receive a copy of the minutes by email should contact the Regional District office to make the necessary arrangements.  This service is provided at no cost to the recipient.  Paper copies can also be mailed at a cost of $0.25 per page.
