BYLAW NO. 398


A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 382, 2006 establishing the rates and charges for the operation and management of
the Bella Coola Airport
___________________________________________________________________________________________


WHEREAS the board of directors for the Central Coast Regional District have established the rates and charges for the operation and management of the Bella Coola Airport;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend the bylaw from time to time;

NOW THEREFORE THE Board of Directors for the Central Coast Regional District, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.   Schedule B, Page 1, attached and forming part of this bylaw, is amended as follows:
