<description>Environment Canada advises the cold front which has remained over most of the province in the past week is about to shatter with the arrival of warm air systems from the southwest. Due to the size of this event Emergency Managers have been warned to expect volatile weather activities with little or no warning over the next several days. Unusual &amp; potentially intense conditions can be anticipated in most of the southern half of the province from the Cariboo Mtns to the lower mainland-Vancouver Island.
