  Policy: Signatories


  Preamble: A policy to formalize the designation of signatories.


  Policy: That the Board authorize any TWO of the designated signatories of the Regional District for cheque signing purposes, as appointed by the Board from time to time.

And that, unless otherwise required, the appointment of signatories be made annually at the inaugural meeting.
